Booking & Reservations

  • How do I book a cabin?
    You can reserve directly on our website for the best rates or through our booking partners.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    A deposit equal to your first night’s stay is required at booking.

    • If your stay is one night: The full amount is charged at the time of booking.

    • If your stay is multiple nights: The remaining balance is charged to your card on the day of arrival.

    Peak Season (May–September): Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

    Off-Season: Cancellations made at least 4 days before arrival receive a full refund.

  • Do you offer group or long-stay discounts?
    Yes, please contact us directly for custom rates.

Location & Getting Here

  • Where are you located?
    We’re across the street from Hebgen Lake and 13 miles west of Yellowstone National Park’s West Entrance.

  • Is parking available?
    Yes, complimentary parking is available for all guests..

  • How far is the nearest town?
    West Yellowstone is about a 20 minute drive away.

Cabin Amenities

  • Do the cabins have kitchens?
    Select cabins include kitchenettes. All cabins have mini-fridges, microwaves, and coffee makers.

  • Is Wi-Fi available?
    Yes, Wi-Fi is available, though speeds may be slower due to our remote location.

  • Are pets allowed?
    Pets are not allowed in any of the cabins.

On-Site Services

  • Do you have a store or gas station?
    Yes, our Lakeview Market offers snacks, drinks, groceries, and fuel.

  • Can I rent outdoor gear?
    Not yet… look our for our 2026 season

Outdoor Activities

  • What is there to do nearby?
    Hiking, fishing, boating, wildlife viewing, and easy access to Yellowstone.

  • Can I fish in Hebgen Lake?
    Fishing licenses are required and can be purchased online.
